A terrible cover of Coldplay’s recent release ‘Viva La Vida’ which Lady GaGa has managed to totally ruin. Personally I can not see what the fuss about Lady GaGa is all about, she exudes a lack of talent which this performance on Jo Wiley’s BBC Radio 1 show eloquently exposes. She even gives a half-hearted apology near the end of her bilious performance.

Was she playing the piano too? I may have commended that part of the performance if it wasn’t for the blunders.

It is a shame that such performers become high-flyers in the music world.

News about Professor Hawking

The BBC lunchtime news has not mentioned Professor Stephen Hawking so I presumed that he is making steady recovery. Thankfully Hawking’s Official Website (hawking.org.uk) suggests that he is:

“Professor Hawking is being kept in for observation at Addenbrooke’s hospital this morning. He is comfortable and his family is looking forward to him making a full recovery.”

Get well soon Professor.

As I write this the BBC have just mentioned him and concur that he is expected to make a full recovery.

“Hmm, need I publish this now?” I wonder.

Absolutely! Good news should be spread too.

Testing Times (Tumblr + Twitter)

I have just spent far too much time editing the CSS for this Tumblr page.

Now I just need some to test it in numerous browsers on the Mac and PC.

To avoid an endless circle of updates to and from Twitter I removed the RSS feeds that were feeding this mini-blog. However, I did want my Tweets to show up here so I’ve added the last 5 tweets to the right.

Here’s what the new design looks like in Safari:
